For some time we deliver our cheese not only to our Dutch customers, but also to foreign customers in countries such as Belgium and Germany. We deliver the cheese in a vacuum wrapping, so you can be sure the cheese will remain its great taste for at least 6 weeks (when unopened).
Our cheese comes from the "Beemster" region, which is situated in the north of Holland. This region is listed on the World heritage list of Unesco. Due to the special composition of the ground and the grass growing on it, the cows deliver unique milk from which the best Dutch cheese is made. Above all, we sell the best quality farmhouse cheese there is, this cheese is produced on the farm and made of unpasteurized milk. This gives the cheese its special taste.
Cheese is sold in different ages. Young cheese is aged between 4 and 6 weeks. Old cheese is almost a year old. The older the cheese, the more taste is to it.
